Every order ships tracked. Where it ships from, what it costs and how long it takes depends on your country. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. For the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU, import duties are included in the product price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Australia

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in Sydney, NSW. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 and $9.95 on orders under $75, with delivery in 2 to 6 business days from dispatch. Express shipping is $19.95 with delivery in approximately 1 to 4 business days from dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer. Prices include GST.

New Zealand

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney fulfilment centre on the same business-day timetable as Australian orders. Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over NZ$75 and NZ$10.95 on orders under NZ$75, with delivery in 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. Prices include GST and import charges.

United States

Orders placed before 10:30am Beijing time on a business day (about 10:30pm Eastern the evening before) are dispatched the same day from our international fulfilment centre; later orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over US$75 and US$12.95 on orders under US$75, with delivery in approximately 6 to 12 business days from dispatch. Expedited shipping is US$16.95 on orders under US$75 and US$20.95 on orders over US$75, with delivery in approximately 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Import duties are included in the price. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Canada

Orders placed before 10:30am Beijing time on a business day (about 10:30pm Eastern the evening before) are dispatched the same day from our international fulfilment centre; later orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over CA$75 and CA$16.95 on orders under CA$75, with delivery in 6 to 12 business days from dispatch. Express shipping is CA$24.95 on orders under CA$75 and CA$29.95 on orders over CA$75, with delivery in 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Import duties are included in the price. GST or HST, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

United Kingdom

Orders placed before 10:30am Beijing time on a business day (about 3:30am UK time) are dispatched the same day from our international fulfilment centre; later orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over £75 and £9.95 on orders under £75, with delivery in approximately 6 to 12 business days from dispatch. Express shipping is £12.95 on orders under £75 and £16.95 on orders over £75, with delivery in approximately 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Prices include VAT and import duties.

European Union

We currently ship to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium, with more EU countries coming. Orders placed before 10:30am Beijing time on a business day (about 4:30am Central European time) are dispatched the same day from our international fulfilment centre; later orders are dispatched the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over €90 and €12.95 on orders under €90, with delivery in approximately 6 to 12 business days from dispatch. Express shipping is €16.95 on orders under €90 and €21.95 on orders over €90, with delivery in approximately 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Prices include VAT and import duties.

Other countries

Rates and delivery times for other destinations are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer on arrival.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Order tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. If you have an account, you can also find tracking under your order history. If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels a day or two apart, each with its own tracking. If one parcel arrives first, the rest is on its way.

Changes, cancellations and address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we cannot redirect or refund parcels sent to an incorrect address provided with the order. Because orders are passed to our fulfilment centres quickly, contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. If your order has not shipped yet we will sort it out; once it is on the way, you can use our 30-day returns.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@maxvoltagestore.com and we will help resolve it. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping (see our Refund policy).

Returns and warranty

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Email us first and we will give you the correct return address for your country. For damaged or faulty items we cover the return shipping; for change-of-mind or wrong-choice returns, return postage is at the customer's cost. Every Volt product is also backed by a 2-year warranty. Promotional offers

During sales we may offer free shipping on all orders. Any promotional shipping offer and its terms will be shown at the time of the promotion.
