When will my order be dispatched?
Order before 4:30am Central European time on a business day and it ships the same day; later orders ship the next business day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery to the EU. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer. These are carrier estimates and start from dispatch, not from when you order.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is €12.95, free on orders over €90. Express (5 to 8 business days) is €16.95, or €21.95 on orders over €90. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices in EUR, VAT and duties included. VAT and duties included, nothing to pay at the door.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
VAT and duties included, nothing to pay at the door. If a carrier ever asks you to pay something on delivery, do not pay it. Email us with your order number and we will sort it.
Which countries do you ship to?
Belgium, plus Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium within the EU, plus the UK, the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, all with duties included in the price. More EU countries are coming. Use the country selector in the footer to see prices in your currency. Other destinations are priced at checkout and local import charges may apply on arrival.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link - just follow it to see your parcel’s progress. If you have an account, you can also find tracking under your order history.
Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
If you ordered several items they may ship in separate parcels and arrive a day or two apart. Nothing’s missing - the rest is on its way. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We dispatch fast, so get in touch as soon as possible at support@maxvoltagestore.com. If it hasn’t shipped yet we’ll sort it; once it’s on the way, you can use our 30-day returns.
