18V → 12V Converter
Turns your 18V tool battery into 12V power to run a car fridge, lights, pumps and fans.
Runtime calculator
Tips to extend your fridge runtime
- Keep the lid closed - decide what you're grabbing before you open it.
- Keep it in the shade and off hot metal trays - direct sun makes the compressor work overtime.
- Give the compressor vents airflow - don't bury it under swags and bags.
- Pre-cool on 240V at home and load it with already-cold food & drinks.
- An insulating cover helps on scorchers - so does cracking it open less at midday.
How we calculate it - check our maths
A guide only - real runtime depends on your exact gear, battery health and weather.

How it works
Your €300 battery is safe.
The Volt Dropper has 4-way protection built in. The cheap ones on Amazon have none - they'll cheerfully flatten your batteries to zero, shortening their life or killing them entirely.
Cuts output at ~15V input - your battery never drains below a safe level.
Trips if your load exceeds 10A - protects the unit and your battery from damage.
Instantly shuts down on a wiring short - no sparks, no fire risk, safe to reconnect.
If the unit gets too warm, it throttles or shuts down before any damage occurs.
The low-voltage cut-off trips automatically before your battery reaches a damaging level. Your battery is fine - just put it back on your normal charger. The Volt Dropper resets when you remove and reattach the battery.
Why this one's different
Over-discharge cut-off and four-way protection - the cheap units will happily kill a €300 battery.
Adjustable 5 to 13V with a live LED readout, not a fixed, unverified voltage.
Family-run and independent. Questions answered in English by people who actually use this gear, and a 2-year warranty honoured wherever you are.
30-day returns, no fuss. If it does not suit your setup, email us and we will sort a return.
