When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, allow about 2 to 6 business days for standard shipping, with regional and remote areas at the longer end. Express is approximately 1 to 4 business days. These are carrier estimates and start from dispatch, not from when you order.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75, and a flat $9.95 on orders under $75. Express is $19.95, and international rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes - Express is $19.95 and arrives in approximately 1 to 4 business days. Just choose Express at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or taxes are payable on arrival and aren’t included in our prices.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking link - just follow it to see your parcel’s progress. If you have an account, you can also find tracking under your order history.

Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?

If you ordered several items they may ship in separate parcels and arrive a day or two apart. Nothing’s missing - the rest is on its way. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We dispatch fast, so get in touch as soon as possible at support@maxvoltagestore.com or 1300 959 544. If it hasn’t shipped yet we’ll sort it; once it’s on the way, you can use our 30-day returns.
