Max Voltage Store - Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

All Max Voltage Store products are sold as one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or auto-renewing purchase options. This policy explains how to cancel an order, and how cancellation would work if we add other purchase options in future.
Cancelling an order
We dispatch quickly - orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day usually ship the same day. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maxvoltagestore.com or 1300 959 544 with your order number.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you are covered by our 30-day returns - see our Refund policy for details.
Subscriptions and recurring orders
We do not currently sell subscription or recurring (auto-renewing) products. If we introduce them in future, the full cancellation terms - including how to cancel, any notice period, and how to manage the subscription from your account - will be shown clearly on the product page before you buy and in your order confirmation.
Pre-orders and deferred purchases
If an item is ever offered for pre-order or deferred dispatch, the expected dispatch date and any cancellation terms will be shown on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
