30-day returns and a 2-year warranty on every Volt product, backed by real Australian support. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.
How to start a return
Please don’t send anything back before requesting a return - items returned without approval can’t be accepted.
What you can return
You’ve got 30 days from delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it - unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging with any tags
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Who pays return shipping?
Returns are received at our Sydney fulfilment centre - please request your return by email first and we’ll send you the return address.
Arrived damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order as soon as it lands. If anything is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us straight away at support@maxvoltagestore.com - send a quick photo if you can - and we’ll evaluate it and make it right, fast. We cover the return shipping on anything that’s our fault.

What’s covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use
- The unit not performing as described
- Repair, replacement or refund - whichever suits best
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or water beyond the product’s rating
- Misuse, overloading, or running outside the rated specs
- Normal wear, or unauthorised modification or repair
How to claim
Email support@maxvoltagestore.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo or short video if you can. We’ll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Keep your proof of purchase - you’ll need it for any claim.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, get in touch and we’ll chase it up.
Exchanges
Want a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order for what you want.
Once you send us the return tracking number, we’ll get your replacement on its way - and we cover the cost of sending the replacement out once your return is received and approved.
