What you can return

You’ve got 30 days from delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it - unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging with any tags
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Who pays return shipping?

Returns are received at our Sydney fulfilment centre - please request your return by email first and we’ll send you the return address.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Please inspect your order as soon as it lands. If anything is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us straight away at support@maxvoltagestore.com - send a quick photo if you can - and we’ll evaluate it and make it right, fast. We cover the return shipping on anything that’s our fault.

How to claim

Email support@maxvoltagestore.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo or short video if you can. We’ll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Keep your proof of purchase - you’ll need it for any claim.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: This warranty is in addition to the consumer guarantees you have under the ACL. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded - you’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repair or replacement if goods aren’t of acceptable quality.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, get in touch and we’ll chase it up.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order for what you want.

Once you send us the return tracking number, we’ll get your replacement on its way - and we cover the cost of sending the replacement out once your return is received and approved.

How long do I have to return something?
30 days from when your order is delivered. The item needs to be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Do I have to pay return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, is faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns or an order placed by mistake, return postage is at your cost.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
My order arrived damaged - what do I do?
Contact us straight away at support@maxvoltagestore.com with a photo if you can. We’ll sort a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping - this is our fault, not yours.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Volt product is covered for 2 years against faults in materials and workmanship under normal use. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, running outside the rated specs, normal wear, or unauthorised modification. This is on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Can I get an exchange?
