Which battery should I pick?

Choose the brand of the 18V batteries you already own - the Rapid slides straight on. Each unit is brand-specific and not cross-compatible. If your brand isn’t listed, get in touch.

What can it power?

Anything that charges over USB-C Power Delivery up to 100W - laptops, Starlink Mini, tablets, phones and cameras - plus USB-A devices over Quick Charge. Use the calculator above to estimate runtime for your gear.

Can it charge my tool battery too?

Yes - that’s the clever bit. Plug a USB-C PD wall charger, power bank or solar panel into the Rapid and it tops your 18V tool battery back up. It works both ways: power out to your devices, or charge in to your battery.

How fast will it charge my laptop?

Up to the full 100W USB-C PD - the same speed as a high-wattage laptop charger, as long as your battery has charge to give.

Can it power a device and charge the battery at the same time?

No - the Rapid works one direction at a time: powering your devices, or charging the tool battery. Choose whichever you need.

Does it include a battery?

No - this is the adapter only. Pick the variant that matches the 18V batteries you already own.

Is it safe for my devices and battery?

Yes - USB-C PD negotiates the correct voltage for each device, and built-in protection guards against over-current, overheating and short-circuits.
