DayBox and Max Voltage Store are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

You'll work directly with our founder across paid advertising, website optimisation, AI-powered marketing systems and creative strategy. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys testing ideas, analysing results and getting work live.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day tasks within Meta Ads Manager across both brands
• Upload campaigns and creative, analyse performance and prepare reports
• Work closely with our founder to improve Meta advertising strategy
• Help develop creative concepts, briefs and testing plans
• Coordinate website changes and performance improvements
• Use AI to build landing pages, internal tools and marketing automations
• Optimise product pages and customer journeys
• Plan, run and report on A/B tests
• Assist with video editing, content production and creative strategy
• Support Google Ads and TikTok Ads where your experience allows
• Work with agencies and freelancers when specialist support is required

What we're looking for

Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience is essential. You should understand campaign structures, creative testing, performance metrics and how to turn data into practical actions.

Experience building tools, automations or workflows with AI is also essential. During the application process, we'll ask you to explain something you have built, the tools or models you used, the challenges you encountered and the result it produced.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Have approximately three to four years of relevant digital marketing experience
• Have personally managed or worked extensively inside Meta Ads Manager
• Regularly use AI to improve your work and build practical solutions
• Understand performance creative and conversion-focused marketing
• Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• Learn quickly and bring a positive, switched-on attitude to work
• Can adapt when priorities change
• Are willing to help with tasks outside a narrow role description

Experience with video editing, content creation, website development, Google Ads or TikTok Ads is highly regarded.

About the role

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Robina. You'll work from our office at least three days per week, with the option to work from home for the remaining two days.

The salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 plus super, depending on experience.

We're a fast-moving team building two growing ecommerce brands in Australia and the United States. You'll have genuine input into our marketing direction, direct access to decision-makers and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
